-Early concepts

A concept advert built around a simple but relatable human truth, the struggle to get through a demanding day. The creative process began with developing the right visual language for the story, exploring character design and world-building to find an aesthetic that felt authentic and emotionally engaging.

Early concept work focused on a female lead character, with multiple style directions explored to establish the tone, colour palette and visual personality that would bring her world to life before a single frame of animation was produced.

The creative direction pushed the concept to its most intense extremes — placing the character in high-stakes worlds where she would need to be at her absolute best to survive and succeed. F1 racing emerged as a natural fit for the narrative, its combination of speed, precision, and psychological pressure providing the perfect visual metaphor for the tension and demands of modern life. These heightened scenarios were designed not just for spectacle, but to amplify the emotional stakes of the story — making the eventual release and energy that Impact provides feel truly earned.

Pushing the concept further, a second extreme scenario introduced an even more primal threat — placing the character alone and vulnerable in the open ocean with a great white shark closing in behind her. Beyond the spectacle, this scene served a deeper creative purpose: enabling a striking visual transition from the intensity of the F1 cockpit to the vast, silent isolation of the underwater world. The contrast between speed and stillness, noise and silence, created a powerful emotional shift — demonstrating the breadth of pressure and challenge the character must overcome, and making the promise of Impact Energy feel all the more compelling.

Pushing the concept into the realm of fantasy and adventure, the next scenario transported the character into a richly imagined fictional world — facing down an ogre in a confrontation that demanded every ounce of her skill and determination. Moving from the real world intensity of F1 racing, through the primal isolation of the open ocean, into full fantasy adventure, each world was designed to escalate the stakes and deepen the character's journey — establishing her not just as a survivor but as someone truly capable and formidable. With one final challenge still to come, the concept continued to push the boundaries of what Impact Energy could inspire.

The final scenario took the concept to its most cinematic and explosive conclusion — an end of the world setting where the character faces her ultimate test, making a last stand against swarms of the undead. This closing chapter was designed to be the most visually spectacular of the four worlds, bringing the character's journey to a powerful climax that felt genuinely earned after everything she had already survived and overcome. From the cockpit of an F1 car to the depths of the ocean, through fantasy adventure and finally into the apocalypse — Impact Energy's concept advert became a bold, ambitious piece of visual storytelling, positioning the brand as the force that powers you through whatever life — or any world — throws at you.

The advert closes with a deliberate and satisfying return to reality — our character walking through a gym, pausing as the weight of everything she has faced catches up with her. It's a moment of stillness and vulnerability that makes the final beat land all the more powerfully: reaching for a can of Impact Energy. After four extraordinary worlds and impossible odds, the product reveal feels completely earned — a simple, human moment that connects the epic journey back to everyday life and reminds the audience exactly what Impact Energy is for. Go further. Survive anything.
