The challenge was significant: to communicate a complex proposition around recurrent care proceedings clearly and compellingly enough that decision-makers could confidently justify exploring or commissioning BTC's services. The visual approach had to balance authority and warmth — rigorous enough to satisfy scrutiny, human enough to convey genuine impact.
